Smart Glass Showrooms
Why:
- Showrooms allow customers to experience Smart Glass firsthand, which is difficult to do online or with small samples.
- Seeing the product in action builds trust and speeds up decision-making.
- Personal interaction with the product will lower the expectations and educate the customer to make the right decision.
How:
- Ensure you have a showroom in the area where the customer is located.
- Promote the showroom experience during initial customer interactions, especially for clients who are unsure how Smart Glass can fit their projects.
- Reach out to your local installer and showroom contact person to arrange a demo session for prospective clients.
- Provide the installer with specific details about the client’s needs (e.g., office, home, or retail application) to ensure the demo is customized and relevant.
- Follow-Up Post-Visit: Send tailored quotes and follow-up recommendations based on the showroom demonstration to continue the sales process.
