What the warranty covers
Our warranty covers the switching performance of the PriWatt film or laminated glass supplied for your project, under normal indoor use and when installed and powered according to the product manual.
Material and workmanship
Defects in the PriWatt material or in the lamination of the glass we manufacture in our Miami facility.
Written terms with every quote
The full written warranty document, with its term and exclusions, is issued with your quotation and order confirmation.
Product life
Built for 2 million switching cycles.

Conditions of coverage
Use the supplied power supply
The glass must be driven by the transformer or controller supplied or specified for the project.
Follow the installation manual
Installation must follow the PriWatt manual; our certified installers do this as standard.
Indoor and specified applications
Panels must be used in the application and environment they were quoted and manufactured for.
Standard cleaning only
Clean like any glass surface with non-abrasive products; no blades, solvents or abrasives.
No modification
Cutting, drilling or re-edging a finished panel or film after delivery voids the coverage.
Keep your paperwork
Your invoice and order number identify the project and the warranty term.

How to make a warranty claim
What do I need to start a claim?
Your order number or invoice, the project address, and a short description with photos or a video of the panel in both states. Send them through the form on this page.
What happens next?
Our technical team reviews the case, and where needed a technician inspects the panel on site or by video call. If the panel is covered, we repair or replace it.
How long is PriWatt smart glass covered?
PriWatt smart glass carries a 3 year limited warranty, as published on the product pages.
How long is PriWatt smart film covered?
PriWatt smart film carries a 2 year limited warranty, as published on the product pages.
How long will the product last?
PriWatt is rated for 2 million switching cycles and is designed to perform for a minimum of 15 years.
Do you offer service plans?
Yes. Multi-year service plans are available in addition to the warranty; ask your project manager for the options for your project.
Is the installation covered too?
Yes. Installation carried out by our certified installation network is covered for 1 year. Product installed by a third party is covered for the product warranty only.
