Smart Glass Technologies LLC Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the www.smartglasstech.us website (the “Site”) operated by Smart Glass Technologies LLC, doing business as Smart Glass Tech US (“we”, “us” or “our”), and any request you submit through it. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Our Services
We supply PriWatt smart film and smart glass products together with turnkey installation service across the United States. Product descriptions, photos and specifications on the Site are provided for general information. Final product selection, scope of work and installation details are confirmed in your written quote or order.
2. Quotes and Pricing
Prices shown on the Site, including on our Smart Glass Cost page, are guide prices for planning purposes. A binding price is provided only in a written quote based on your project’s measurements, product choice, location and site conditions. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.
3. Orders and Installation
An order is accepted once confirmed by us in writing. Installation dates are scheduled with you and depend on site readiness, access and accurate measurements. You agree to provide safe access to the installation area and to inform us of any conditions that may affect the work.
4. Warranty
Our products and installation are covered by the PriWatt Warranty: PriWatt Glass 3 years, PriWatt Film 2 years and Installation 1 year. Full warranty terms and conditions are described on our PriWatt Warranty page.
5. Dealers and Partners
Dealer and partner applications submitted through the Site are reviewed by us and do not create a dealer or partner relationship until confirmed in a separate written agreement.
6. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false information through our forms, attempt to interfere with its operation, or copy its content for commercial purposes without our permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and the PriWatt brand, belongs to Smart Glass Technologies LLC or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
9. Privacy
Information you submit through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
